About KDC Carpentry
Built on Discipline. Defined by Detail.
KDC Carpentry is a renovation and finish carpentry firm serving Westchester County and Greenwich. We specialize in full kitchen and bathroom renovations, interior reconfigurations, and custom-built environments executed with careful planning and uncompromising finish standards. Our projects are not approached casually. They are structured, sequenced, and managed with intention so that each phase unfolds methodically and the final result feels cohesive, not assembled. We take on a limited number of projects at a time. This allows us to maintain oversight, protect the home, and ensure that communication remains clear from initial consultation through completion.
A Measured Approach to Renovation
Renovation is as much about control as it is about craftsmanship. Before work begins, we define scope thoroughly, coordinate trades carefully, and establish realistic timelines. During construction, we maintain organized work areas, protect existing finishes, and manage the sequencing of framing, mechanicals, tile, cabinetry, and trim with discipline. The objective is not speed. It is stability. When the process is steady, the outcome follows.
The GUTIERREZ Family
FAMILY-OWNED -
KDC was established by Klever Gutierrez and remains family operated. That foundation shapes how we conduct business, personally accountable, attentive to detail and invested in long-term reputation over short-term volume. We understand that renovation takes place inside someone’s home, not on a commercial site. Respect for the property, professionalism in communication, and composure under complexity are non-negotiable standards. Growth has been deliberate. By remaining selective in the projects we accept, we preserve the consistency and finish quality our clients expect.
who we serve
Our clients are homeowners and professionals who value structure, clarity, and a refined outcome. Many of the homes we work in are lived in during construction. We operate accordingly with discretion, organization, and steady oversight. If your project requires thoughtful coordination, finish-level execution, and a renovation process that feels controlled rather than chaotic, we would welcome the opportunity to discuss it.
