**CASE STUDY 01**
**Full Kitchen Renovation - Greenwich**
**Scope:** Complete kitchen gut renovation including demolition, framing adjustments, electrical and plumbing coordination, cabinetry installation, trim integration, and appliance alignment.
**Objective:** Transform an outdated layout into a cohesive, highly functional kitchen while preserving the architectural character of the home.
**Execution:** This project required careful sequencing between trades, correction of existing framing inconsistencies, and precise cabinet installation to maintain consistent reveals and alignment. Crown moulding and finish carpentry were integrated to create visual continuity from cabinetry to ceiling.
**Result:**A refined kitchen environment with structural integrity, balanced proportions, and long-term durability.

**CASE STUDY 02**
**Full Bathroom Renovation - Scarsdale**
**Scope:** Full demolition and rebuild of primary bathroom including framing adjustments, waterproofing coordination, tile sequencing, vanity installation, trim work, and fixture integration.
**Objective:** Improve spatial flow and material longevity while elevating finish quality.
**Execution:** Moisture control, tile alignment, and sequencing between plumbing and finish carpentry were prioritized to ensure performance behind the walls matched the visible finish.
**Result:** A bathroom renovation that balances durability with clean, disciplined detailing.

**CASE STUDY 03**
**Custom Desk & Built-Ins – Chappaqua**
**Scope:** Custom-designed desk cabinetry and integrated wall storage, vertical storage, and architectural trim.
**Objective:** Create structured storage without overwhelming the space.
**Execution:** All cabinetry was field-measured and adjusted for existing wall irregularities. Trim profiles were selected to complement the home’s existing mouldings, maintaining proportion and continuity.
**Result:** An integrated built environment that feels original to the home.

**Custom Desk & Built-in Closets - WhitePlains**
**Scope:**
Custom-built cabinetry installation featuring full-height storage towers, integrated drawer bases, and a window-centered desk workspace.
**Objective:**
Create a balanced architectural feature that provides functional storage while incorporating a natural light workspace.
**Execution:**
Cabinetry was field-measured and constructed with maple shaker fronts, carefully aligned to
maintain symmetry around the window and integrate seamlessly with the surrounding architecture.
**Result:**
A refined built-in millwork installation that transforms the wall into a functional storage and workspace feature while maintaining a clean, balanced appearance.

**CASE STUDY 05**
**Staircase, Railings & Architectural Wainscoting - Rye**
**Scope:**
Complete stair hall millwork installation including custom staircase trim, railings and balusters, baseboards throughout the stair and floor transitions, and applied architectural wainscoting.
**Objective:**
Introduce architectural structure to the stair hall through balanced wall paneling while integrating the staircase and surrounding trim into a cohesive millwork composition.
**Execution:**
The staircase assembly, railing system, and panel molding layout were carefully measured and aligned to maintain consistent proportions throughout the stair run and landing areas. Base trim and floor transitions were installed to ensure continuity between the stair structure and surrounding architecture.
**Result:**
A refined stair hall defined by clean architectural paneling, balanced railing geometry, and cohesive finish carpentry that elevates the space with structure, proportion, and craftsmanship.
